MSCI Awards for CBRE DOF and Airport REM

Airport Real Estate Management of Fund Manager Schiphol Real Estate and CBRE’s Dutch Office Fund of CBRE Global Investors have won the MSCI European Property Investment Awards in the category Dutch funds.

The annual awards of MSCI, an international provider of indices, are assigned to real estate funds that have delivered the highest total efficiency, measured over the past three years. The measured years were 2012, 2013 and 2014. Airport Real Estate received the award in the segment ‘ Balanced Funds, measured by the IPD All Property, and CBRE Dutch Office Fund in the segment ‘ Specialist Funds. For the latter category the IPD sector benchmark is leading.
